I've just been looking for a place where I can talk AC with more people. New Leaf is my first AC game, and I definitely should have looked into the series sooner, because I'm hooked. I keep turning it on because I want to play, even when there's nothing really left to do for the day... :I And, well, I'm hoping to find my dream villagers as well.

Random facts... I suck at making designs, don't much care for sheep villagers, and am picky about clothes. My town flag is a bacon strip. I don't do item duplication or time traveling since those things would lessen the experience for me (though I do intend to use the 2 days forward, 2 days back technique just to get unwanted villagers out). I own the cartridge and not the download version like most people seem to have, and it's not really bothersome to me since it's the only thing I'm playing on 3DS right now anyway.

I've seen a lot of really adorable sig images with current and dream villagers on them. Did you all make these yourself, or is there a website with a template where I could make my own?

What other games in general? Lots of stuff. My favorites are the Tales Of series, Ace Attorney, Earthbound, Star Fox 64, Pokemon RB/FRLG, Shadow of the Colossus, Portal... and The Sims (which is why my friend thought I'd like this series).

Of the villagers I've had so far, Apollo and Agnes are my favorites. Other villagers I eventually want in my town are Phoebe, Boone, Tucker, Tex, Tiffany, Victoria, and maybe Merengue. I love the horse villagers and find it sort of tempting to try to get an all-horses town, but variety is better.

Sadly, not so much. D: Shu Takumi isn't working on it, and I'm still a bit miffed about the download-only thing. On the bright side, I was thrilled about the Layton vs. Ace Attorney localization announcement. I was worried that game had already been forgotten, especially because it sold really badly in Japan. I'm much more excited for that since Shu Takumi worked on it, Maya is actually in it, the animations are gorgeous, I love the "witch trials" period of history, etc.

Thanks so much for offering, but on second thought I probably should just use the sprites so I won't need a new sig pic every time I get a new villager. I'll let you know if I change my mind!

You sure? It only takes like 2 seconds to swap out a villager sprite.
