My name is Rachel, and I've been playing AC since the first game. We had like...4-5 different save cards so we could have multiple towns lol. My mom also plays and she is 49! I'm 29. :-D We have both been playing AC:NL since the beginning. My mom has 2 towns, as do I. We also have a cycle town AND we are looking to start up a cataloging town.
I am an animal fanatic, and have a HUGE number of pets. 2 Miniature Horses, 6 goats (fainting, Pygmy, and a few crosses), 5 cats and a 95# 10 month old puppy. ^_^ We ALSO have babies on the way for our goats! :-D and our goats are less than 2' tall at the shoulders, so they are super tiny!
My FAVORITE AC character is Peaches. My first horse EVER is my mini Peaches, and I got her on my birthday back in 2011. Then when this game came out and a "Peaches" moved into my town AND it was a horse it totally made my day. She is the one that threw my B-Day party this year. :-D
I also work with a large animal rescue, which is how I got 3 of our cats, my 2 minis, and 3 of our goats. I'm a certified vet tech and so animals are a serious passion for me. I take pride in my field because we didn't chose it to make money. We chose it because we wanted to help animals and their families, and make a difference in the world.
