The holiday season is quickly approaching. Is there anything you like to watch or listen to, to get in the spirit? Doesn't have to be just Halloween.

People have recommended a movie called "The Halloween Tree", but the version on youtube is in parts and mostly out of sync. As for music, you wont find the Haunted Mansion theme overplayed on the radio.

I have a specific song that I like to listen to to get in the mood for christmas,
but it has quite some swearing in it as it's a parody(which I usually don't like too much for christmas music),
so I guess it's better to not post it here, haha. :b

But here is a song that brings me in Halloween mood xD

My favorite halloween movie is the boy who cried werewolf. I watch it every year and it never gets old. I sincerely love it and think it’s a great movie.

I like to watch old horror movies around Halloween. My favorites are the original Child's Play movies or the really old Vincent Price/Edgar Allen Poe movies. I also like Tim Burton films and Nightmare Before Christmas.

At Christmas time, I have to watch the original animated How the Grinch Stole Christmas with Boris Karloff. Christmas is not complete without it.

Has anyone seen "Something Wicked This Way Comes"? Found a yt vid of someone gushing about it. Old 80's Disney. Looks like one of those shows that are technically for kids but scary enough for adults, like "Return to Oz".

Haven't seen that one yet.

my favourite horror theme from my favourite movie! Goblin is absolutely amazing and makes some of the best music for soundtracks ToT

I don't do that much for Halloween. If anything, I like to watch "It's The Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown".

Christmas is a whole different story. I will watch Christmas movies and listen to Christmas albums all throughout December. "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" and "The Year Without A Santa Claus" are the two movies I watch consistently every year (I alternate between lots of others). My staple Christmas albums are the Glee ones and this Family Channel Holiday Jam CD I got when I was nine.

Reviving this to post something that has found me through recommendations. This was on when I was a kid. If you can make it past the intro's bad puns, you'll find basically a Twilight Zone for kids.
