Horse stable help

So I'm trying to make a horse stable on my island. Could I get some feedback to make it better please? I resetted a week ago so I'm struggling a bit on what to make etc.

Have you thought about using the playground horses instead of a custom design for the horses? You could make the stable out of stalls. That would open up the possibility of decorating with haybales and buckets too. You can probably find a custom design that looks like the head of a rake and fake one with a pole vault.

I tend to try to use the least amount of custom designs I can get away with. Might not be the most realistic options, but it is AC and not The Sims.

Something to give it the appearance of being an actual 3D structure would be cool! Even just putting the silo behind the screens could give it that effect.

That's cute! Nice detail on the horse design. Maybe a stall instead of the desk/table would give some depth. You could do a simple board pattern for it and still set the bucket on it.

Like @meggiewes says, the springy horses make for a nice stable area. I've done that for the stable connected to my Council of the Gnomes (it sits behind their table).

I think that if you added some trees around the place, it would look a lot better!

It looks beautiful already. I also have a horse stable and farm. I placed the stall next to a cliff, then placed the panels in front. I think it made it look more like a barn. I also used the bigger diy work bench in front of it. It completely hides the bottom horse. Although, I think what you've done looks great. I agree with others, that some trees would look nice. You're welcome to visit my dream town for ideas, if you like. Farm is on the bottom right side of town.

Thinking some more about it, I love the horse design, and would hate to see you scrap that, but maybe one or two springy horses in the corral could make it look like the mare is watching foals play.
