How "animated avatar" works.

i bought "animated avatar" in the shop, and i upload a animated avatar, but the avatar don´t move. How this works?

Do you know the size of the original image you uploaded? It needs to be 100x100 pixels or smaller. If the system needs to resize your image it'll remove the animation.
