How can I create a spoiler button for my signature?

I'm not sure what kind of spoiler code I need for this site, but I've got a lot I'd like to fit into my signature, and I've noticed some people have spoiler buttons. How can I get one too? :3 I hate leaving such large posts due to my lengthy signature. Thanks!
