How do I delete attached images from a post?

I don't know how to do this, I made a post and I had uploaded some images. Then, after I deleted them off my post, they had shown up on the bottom of the text as "attached images" I really want to delete them, but I have no idea how.

you should be able to delete by editing, then go advanced, there's an option to manage attachments. at the bottom it shows the attachments on the page & you should be able to delete them
