How do I get rid of my nickname?

It needs to be whoever gave you the nickname, and they stay mad for like 3 minutes

I don't know about you, Bidoof, but I wouldn't want to be called "Cookie" for the rest of my AC life.

Honestly, it's just a game and it doesn't really matter. I know that the nickname might be somewhat annoying, but it isn't really a big deal.

The other day some idiot tried to change my nickname to something, so i was like "eww"
then they let me chose it.
I chose HotStuff

I don't think nicknames are a big deal, but seeing as my name begins with 'I', I get names like 'I-Robot' which I hate. I'm quite girly, I prefer cuter nicknames. I wouldn't mind being called cookie at all!

well my character name is hobbes and the animals call me H-star and scout. i like scout but i hate H-star so wait until a animal asks you what nickname you want and put your name or the nickname you want
