How do I give bells?

I'm looking all over the site and I don't know how to give bells to others >_<

Easiest way would be to click Bells total next to someone's post. There are a couple other ways too though.

I wonder if you should have a donate button under someone's post. It will make it easier for other people including new people to work it out.

Not everyone thinks to click a number.
