How do u get pictures of ur villageers

i'm still depressed that we can't.

unless someone can prove me wrong. :r

to clarify: i think hackers have proven that we can't get them in city folk because there aren't object IDs for them... something like that. basically, they weren't programmed into the game.

Alright someone needs to tell me why this is raking up some more views.

AMAZING CAN I GET MY ANSWER IF U KNOW, I DONT CARE ABOUT VIEWS, IT TAKES ALONG TIME TO POST STUFF ON THE WII INTERNET AND ALL I WANT IS ANSWERS

sorry but srsly its annoying how nearly all my topicx get spammed

one thing that might help... a lot of people, including me, didn't realize you could still wave to the villagers. you do it by using your wiimote, and they have to be on the horizon (north of you, around where the emotions sit on your screen). you then click a couple of times until you get a reaction.

now... i used to do this a lot in WW, and never had a problem getting portraits if i kept being social with my animals on top of that. so my guess is that you need to wave in addition to everything else. we'll find out soon enough now that i've added this into my daily gameplay.

hope that helps!
what do u mean by "wave"?
your character waves with his arm, and the animal either waves back or bows, depending on his/her personality. they might also give a negative reaction if they are sad/mad.
which button do u click
You point and click on the animal using the Wii remote. You have to be a certain distance apart.

Be nice to your villagers. After awhile of you talking to them (and writing them letters, giving gifts, etc.), they'll see you and give off the "Surprise" emotion. Then, they'll track you down and you'll talk to them. You should receive their picture.

I haven't had a picture yet but I'll be nice to one neighbour and see if I do...
