How do you create a poll?

When you make a new thread there is a box titled "Additional Options" after the input box where you type your message. Check the option there that says "Post a Poll".
If you can't see it, click CTRL and F at the same time (at least, that's the command on all browsers/OS I've tried) then type "post a poll" into the box that comes up. It'll highlight it on the page for you.

Check the box about polls under miscellaneous in the thread create bit, then under that choose how many options.
