How do you make a Gif Signature?

upload it to an image-hosting site (like majhost.com or imgur.com), link to it in your signature by using the img tag:

Or, when you upload it to Imgur there is a forum code. You could just use that. But both work

To make one you have to have basic image editing knowledge along with a program that supports gif creation/saving. Photoshop is my tool of choice but it varies from person to person. I suggest consulting the google about it.
