I think you are thinking of when people are using like a table and the spoilers are really small because there is like something on the other side of them...
Example is like... In my signature "The Undersirables" giveaway where the "Tiers And Who Seeking Who" area that has three "small" spoilers in a row?

You just have to do a table with 1 column and 1 row ((1 tr and 1 td)) and make the width smaller.
