i don't really think u can put a price on 1 single tbt because it's never sold like that.
also, the exchange for 100 (or fractions of that) is constantly changing, so it's best for you to look around at all times instead of sticking to one price.

Yeah, 10 million would be 100,000 bells, 15 million would be 150,000 bells, and so on.
