two, right and left earlobe. i want to get a second pair higher on my earlobe but i haven't gotten to that yet. i don't think i would get any piercings anywhere other than my ears though.
yes, they might look like they're for a grandma. yes, they're from talbots. but i still love them.
I got my ears pierced in 4th grade because my best friend did and it seemed like something girls were "supposed" to enjoy. It was alright, but I didn't really care about it and eventually let them close up.
Certain piercings can be really attractive on others, but I don't feel the same way about them on myself. It does seem fun to match them to outfits, though, now that I'm more into fashion. I have thought about getting them redone but I never go out and do it lol. Maybe when I finally get a tattoo, I'll take the plunge.
I don't have any piercings, and I probably never will. For some reason I've always had a very strong aversion to anything that feels like "body modification" even when it's very minor; its probably a sensory thing. I've never put on makeup, painted my nails, pierced anything, or gotten a tattoo. I always joke that I prefer to remain in my factory default state for whatever reason. There's definitely a psychological component, almost comparable to a phobia--I kind of had to hype myself up when my partner decided to get his ears pierced because EAR HOLES, you know? Holes! In your ear! (They look nice and I'm used to it now, haha.)
I don’t have any but if I could, I want ear piercings main so I can do drag. Finding really cool clip on earrings that aren’t tiny or too generic looking is incredibly hard and converting pierced earrings into clip ons generally involve pliers to remove the dangling part off the wire and then putting it onto this tiny loop on a clip on converter takes time and sometimes the loop breaks and the converters aren’t that cheap. I think it’s $5 per package and you only get 20 of them at a time. And if it’s a post earring, the converter you need are even harder to find.
I like the look of piercings. I think if I were to get them done, I'd probably have like 2-3 in one ear and one in the other. But I don't have any, and tbh I don't think I ever will. I've gone this long without them, and I like not having to worry about maintaining them, or them getting caught on things. I do appreciate my parents saying we weren't allowed piercings until we were a bit older though, so we could decide if we actually wanted them.
Right now I have two on my earlobes and I'm hoping at some point to get another one on my earlobes. I've been thinking also about getting a cartilage piercing but the healing time is holding me back.
i have both of my earlobes pierced but i haven't worn earrings in a long time. i poke an earrings through every once in a long while to make sure they're still open just in case i decide i do want to wear something. i used to want to get my helix on each ear done but as of right now i don't think i'd get anything else
Right now I've got 4 open - 2 sets of lobe piercings in each ear. I've had 7? retired piercings. I generally just suck at healing piercings because I won't leave them alone and they take way too long to heal. I'm more of a tattoo person because they heal so quick comparatively and the time I have to avoid touching the area is short.
I have the regular lobe piercings. Industrial, tragus and forward helix in left ear. Helix, rook, conch in right ear. Vertical labret and 2 unmentionables.
I haven’t worn any piercings in a long time, they are all probably closed up by now. But the piercings I’ve had are 2 on my right ear, 3 on my left ear, 1 on my lip and tongue.
