I know the demand for tbt bells is going up, but that's a lot just for one. I thought it would be about 5,000 bells each

Oh dear god. I couldn't even imagine 1m/100 9 months ago; look at it now, it's like quadruple that now.
At this point I'm not sure anymore if people are exchanging it like it's an investment like stocks, or if people actually need it for collectibles or whatever lol.

i thought the bell/tbt ratio would go down since school's starting. With people being more busy the demand would decrease and there will no longer be any inflation at least not for a while.
100tbt for 5 million is ridiculous imo.
