How often does Flick show up?

There are two bugs I really want models of, but I learned after commissioning him today that he'll only make one model per visit. When can I expect him to show up again so that I can get a ladybug model as well?

Unfortunately its random just all like all the others with the of exception of daisy mae and K.K.

I've had Flick show up about 6 times since the game came out. But CJ has only shown up for the first time today. I don't know why I've had so much luck with Flick
I'm quite happy I've got a few models though, I have a tiger butterfly, honeybee, tarantula and man faced stink bug ^-^

Edit: I've only TT'd once backwards and during the time while I was catching up I didn't see Flick once

I've had the game for a little over a week and I've seen CJ but not Flick. Note I don't TT so that's not too surprising really.

Haven't seen Flick yet. I don't TT, and I've played every day since launch. No CJ either.

Haven't seen Flick yet. Seen CJ once, Celeste twice, and Mabel three times [she asked me to build the store on the third visit].

Nook Cranny is getting crowded in my town .. there's a bunch of bugs just waiting for Flick!

I've played since launch and had Flick and CJ turn up once so far. I have a cupboard full of tarantulas with Flick's name on them.
