I found a trick for catching Sturgeon that I figured I'd share. If you travel to a deserted island that has a river, you can catch a lot of sturgeon and they sell for 10k each! Anyways, fish only load in areas where ur screen doesn't show so if u run around the river and scare other fish away you can force fish to spawn at the mouth of the river (which is the only location sturgeon spawn). Once you catch a Sturgeon, you'll be able to recognize its size which makes the process even easier.
TLDR: Run around the river while keeping the mouth of the river out of your view/screen and then run to the mouth and catch the biggest fish there and likely it will be a Sturgeon!
