How to change date format?

Bit by bit having the American date format (MM/DD/YYYY) is starting to annoy me since here in the UK literally everything has it formatted as DD/MM/YYYY.

Is there a way to change this? All I could find in the settings is the timezone, daylight saving and which day the week starts on.

It shows the month instead of the number, so I'm fine with it. I checked, I don't think there's a way if it's not in General Settings? I'm grasping here, though.
