This is my basic tutorial on how to create an open-faced kimono. If you got any questions just ask. I will try to answer as best as I can. I am no expert but I do love making art!
Step 1 - Create an open kimono in any color you like
Step 2 - Create a sash/obi
Step 3 - Fill or Create A Back Design
Step 4 - Creating sleeves
First part, is to color out the bottom line to make the color of the inside of the sleeve (See picture)
Second part, move up four (4) spaces and make a line across to make the impression of folded sleeves
Step 5 - Fill or Create A Sleeve Design
Copy your sleeve design to the other arm
Step 6 - Creating An Edge/Threading
Step 7 - Clean Up
Clean up all the measurement lines and add any last minute designs or accents you want
Final Product
