How to earn Seashells for the Capp'ns Shack?

I saw under the shop a section called Capp'ns shack, but everything is purchased with seashells, how do I earn those?

Also, you can't earn them. They exist as a substitute for the newbie bells when they discontinued those. I'm not sure when they stopped 'em, but any new users or users that didn't get the bells should receive their seashells shortly. Hope this helped.

I would say that once you see the seashell's currency on the side bar that it would be implemented or in testing
