How to get an image in your signature?

I am trying to get an image in my signature so I can earn tickets, but it only lets me get an image by URL, and not uploading an image from my laptop like I did with my avatar. Help?

(I also need help resizing it.)

I want one of these images to be my signature, if that helps.

I see you found out how to add a pic to your sig, so let's skip that. You can use GIMP. It's a free image manipulation software. It has a scaling option for you to resize an image while maintaining most of it's quality. If you do, I 'd be willing to help you through the steps on how to scale it with the program.
