How to make a poll?

I did my research back there before I ask this, but really...still no idea how >< I really can't figure out the way how to make poll...I did saw at the bottom of the thread has something call "post a poll" but nothing happen? Trying to figure it out for a long time so I guess better try asking here. Sorry for asking common question...

Scroll down, check the Poll box and enter how many options you need
Submit New Thread
Enter the question and your options for the poll
Submit again to make it an official thread with a poll at the top.
