How to turn off email responses?

Ok, this is really annoying me.
I made the mistake of using my mail email to sign up to this. And now every 2 hours I'm getting a email and I can't figure how to turn it off!!!! Could I block it? It's starting to annoy me and clog up my mail box...

Go to settings

Click on general settings

There is an option where you can receive e-mails for PMs. Turn that off to prevent further e-mails.
