After you transfer your Poki to Bells, how do you use the bells? I can’t figure out how to withdrawal them or transfer them to your home island or something?

Did you unlock the ABD inside Lottie's Office? If its not there you may need to do more of building client homes. This maybe spoilers but There is a new exchange feature added in the ABD and you can use it to convert bells into Poki, but the limit is only 30,000 and you can only do it once per day

I'm sorry to say that there is no way to transfer the poki back to your island if you wanted to use it. You will still with only using Poki whenever you're at the Resort and when you leave the Resort you go back to using bells. So Poki by itself cannot be dropped on your island if you were to do any trading and it will remind in the ABD in Lotti's office. Also your bells will still be on your island.

I am also so very confused...I did the exchange, it showed the new amount in my "bells account" while on paradise, but when I went back to my Island those new bells did not show up, I feel I wasted poki by doing the exchange, if anyone can fugure it out or find a proper article on it, it would be much appreciated. Unless it's a glitch and it's supposed to show on your island...
 
It seems the bells go directly into your bells account on your island (the abd inside Resident Services). You should be able to see your bell total rise when exchanging poki.
 
Does anyone know the exchange amount for Poki - Bells? I'm not that far in the DLC

Do you think I might need to like re download my stuff then or do you happen to have advice?Because I haven’t seen any increase in my Nook bank after exchanging.

So I just tried it and it seems it may take a day to arrive? My totals don't match, either. I'm too lazy to time travel to find out.
 
The Bells received in exchange for Poki go directly to your ABD account. You can see the before and after numbers live during the process.

The exchange rate changes everyday, and the conversion rate is shown on the exchange screen.

So I just played around with it and think I found out what's going on. It doesn't have to do with the day, so no need to time travel.

The bell total amounts on the archipelago and your home island are different because the archipelago counts your abd bells + whatever you have in your pockets. But when you exchange poki to bells, it doesn't necessarily go straight to the abd on your home island. I went with 0 bells, exchanged about 20k bells worth of poki, and when I went to the abd on my island I had to deposit the 20k to get the same total as the hhp abd. It went into my inventory/pockets.

I don't know what happens if your pockets are full.


Edit: Just tried it with 99,999 bells and full pockets and the bells do go straight to your abd. Totals are the same when you deposit whatever you have in your bag.
