howdo you make a poll?

This has been bugging me! How do you do it?

You click post new thread and then at the bottom there should be an option to post a poll, you check that box and out how many options people have to vote, and then you type in whatever you want for the actual post. You click post thread and the option to put what you want the poll to be called and what the options are for people to choose. Then you scroll down and pick whether you let people see what other people voted for, if you can vote for more than 1 thing or you can only vote for one thing. Then you click post rich at the bottom

to be clear- you have to submit the new thread w/poll checked and number of options, then it will post the thread and take you to a new page where you finish filling out the actual poll...
