When I first started playing, I honestly didn't understand why so many loved the Beautiful Town Ordinance. I was just like, "Pfft! They're just flowers. Just water the dumb things." Then in this save I decided I wanted there to be flowers EVERYWHERE and figured I wouldn't need the ordinance since I'd never needed it before in other saves. I ended up spending, like, twenty minutes a day just watering flowers T.T So last night I finally decided that enough was enough and enacted the ordinance. Yeah, I get it now.
