I finally start to make hybrids, but...

His spawning is really low? There are days that i got nothing even when i water them.

Anyone know why?

I just plant the different flower combinations needed to spawn the respective hybrids, everything else is on the beach.

Well the only way to make hybrids have a higher chance of spawning is if you have people visit your island and you ask them to water your flowers. The more people who visit your island and water your flowers the higher the chance of the hybrids spawning. Which means that you will sometimes see a gold sparkle on the flowers that indicates that the flowers have been watered enough times by visitors who came to your island.

You can use the Beautiful Island Ordinance by talking to Isabelle at Resident Services that can also help but be warned this can cause the flowers to grow faster and it can get a bit out of control so make sure you organize your flowers so that way they won't grow out of control and flood your entire island.

Also Flowers cannot breed when on the beach, it must be planted on the grass or dirt.

I found out that it seems to depend on what flowers you are breeding.

Blue roses for me never seem to breed to make more other than purple ones.

All I can say is patience is a virtue.

Blue Roses only breed to make copies of each other. Once you get a blue rose it will always make another one which is why they are so hard to breed. I somehow got a blue rose on my main island after so many attempts of breeding two red roses.

That’s what I thought. But my blue roses only give me purples. Idk what is wrong.

Hmm thats odd. They must've changed the way flowers have been breed. Before the 2.0 update it was so easy to get blue roses by themselves.

It could also be the person I bought them from had messed up and gave me “fake” ones

Me neither but I bought five to start my breeding to use all over my island and set up the grid pattern to breed and all I get are purples.
