It was born just a few days ago and it's so sweet~
I don't know if it's a boy or a girl but I need to name it, any ideas?

Yeah, it's some kind that will have these cute poofs on their heads when they grow up .3.
We usually keep them down at our barn but if I can get this one tame enough, hopefully he can stay around our house ^^

I'm getting chickens in my backyard soon, so I'll keep an eye out for punk chickens. I didn't know you can keep them in the house if they're tame, although I think (personally) I'd prefer to keep them in the barn/coop for hygiene reasons.

Oh yeah, I didn't literally mean inside my house. I went around outside my house. I have a big backyard that it could stay in and we'd probably bring some other chickens to be with it ^^

We usually have to do that with our roosters, recently we had one that would attack our feet so we had to give him away .c.

Hi Bell Tree Forums, it's nearly been 10 years. I stumbled across this thread while looking for his official birthdate. My mother ended up naming him Tonto (From the Lone Ranger, not really the most culturally appropriate choice but it's what I came to know him as). He passed away this night. I wanted to post to show how big and handsome he grew. He was like a pet, would cuddle and sit on your lap when you came outside. Hopefully this is allowed since I realize this is an old thread, but here he was in his glory.

I wasn’t around when you got him in 2014, but I still wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. Losing a member of your family is one of the most devastating heartbreaks a person can experience, no matter if they’re human, furry, feathered, scaly or something else. Tonto was adorable as a chick, and so, so handsome as an adult. Look at how he shines in the sun!

I know I don’t know you personally, but I can tell that Tonto was a very well loved and taken care of boy, and that you gave him the best life possible. I hope he’s chilling in the sun wherever he is now, glowing as beautifully as he did in life. Sending you love <3
