I cannot believe them, they are absolutely horrible towards Nintendo.

Check this
They even have the nerve to mock Zelda.....with a horrible argument.....how can you be upset with haveing to push A to read a sign......

That writer has some sort of problem. He files his articles under every catagory. Why would a Zelda article go under Nintendo GameCube, Sony PlayStation 2, Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, Microsoft Xbox, Microsoft Xbox 360, Adventure, Fighting, Puzzle, RPGs?

I admit, the link you posted had an absolutely biased point of view (labeling Gears of War as the best game ever when it's been out for a couple of days, for example), but you have to let other people have their own opinions.

By the way, the link I just posted is a rebutle from another JoyStiq article writer. Don't hate Joystiq for just one article, they're a really good site.

I think it's because there's a mention of everything in the article.

"...To read a sign in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, merely stand in the street and look at it..." - This quote would cause it to be filed under Xbox 360.

Although that system is really dumb, in my opinion.

well yeah I just read a few articles that seem only to criticize Nintendo, and that one made me snap, HOW THE HECK DO YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT A SIGN IN A GAME!!

I admit, the ]
Yah, it's only one writer, not the whole site. Aparently this guy is upset because he didn't get his same old Zelda game. Old things are old though.
Exactly. But he's mostly upset because of the graphics, actually, and how it's not 100% a "next-gen" graphics game. Well, hate to break it to you, Joystiq writer, but the Wii wasn't designed for hyper-realistic graphics (even though I'd love better graphics, I can live with what I have).

I mean, honestly; how does a game fall flat because you need to press "A" in front of a sign to read it?

I understand his argument on the colors the photos i have seen of twilight princess does look like it would be hard to see and gloomy and depressing but im gonna try it anyway

Yep. That's definitely gloomy. While yes, the game has its moments where the color pallet isn't too crazy (and even so, the gloomy atmosphere fits PERFECTLY!), it has its light-hearted scenes as well.

I sorta agree with the brown color at SOME parts, the graphics at time remind me of Resident Evil 4 in the village, almost completely brown.
