I have two questions about a certain part of the DLC's story. *SPOILERS*

Ok, yesterday I reached the part where Lottie gets sick and is taken to the hospital. Truffles appeared wanting a vacation home after Lottie left and I was forced to decorate her house. Is that villager random or is it always Truffles? The reason I ask is that every time I go to work now I see her face somewhere. Can you eventually force a villager to go away permanently (as in not want to go on vacation anymore) or is she always going to be there now?

Sorry guys, Truffles is just one villager I'm not quite fond of.

I cant remember who mine was but it was not truffles. I know that much

it's completely random; mine was Ike. i don't think there's any way to get rid of vacation homes once they're set up, though (other than moving them in with someone else, which keeps them on the island but destroys their vacation home.)

It's random and you can't get rid of villagers... but once you get more villagers you'll see a bigger variety and won't see Truffles as often since the villagers on the beach and facilities will rotate.

Mine was Keaton. I wasn’t thrilled at being forced to design for a villager I couldn’t pick either, but since I intend to eventually make a house for everyone, I just gave him a rush job out of spite and moved on

Make Truffle the teacher at school and never enter the building again. You won’t see that character on the beach anymore.

it was another flowery request, so I was a little 'meh' at having to design it. I've had too many garden/flower requests lately.

I got Blanche, whose design was pretty interesting actually - She wants the kimono stand and loom. Had a bunch of that style lately but the emphasis on textiles was nice.
