That when you talk to a neighbor a billion times in a row, they say they they need time to think and start walking around with the thinking emote^^ I thought it was cute and wanted to share this. I also have some pics :3

I've seen this happen before with my villagers. Mostly back when I was harassing my Crankies, Smug, and Uchi villagers into selling me paintings. xD

I usually do that when I'm trying to make sure no one's moving when I'm cycling.
I didn't know it would happen the first time though, so I thought Peck hated me ;_;

XD I was trying to figure out what day Tabby is moving, but she didn't tell me

They have the "thinking" now in place of them getting mad at you.
In gamecube-wild world instead of "thinking" they actually get mad and yell at you and do the little angry emote around for a few minutes.

Not sure why they changed it?

I like the new version because their more calm about it and not angry.

probably because some kids got offended or upset over it. in WW the snooty's kind of said mean stuff, lol.

This only happened to me once, when I was in Diana's house. She gave me a blue flannel shirt, then a toilet, and then she told me she had to think about what to get for Apollo's birthday present. But his birthday was now a year away! After that she just started walking around her house thinking and when I went to talk to her she told me to leave.

Well, that never happened to me 'cause I get it when I speak to them too much and they tell me (before getting to that stage) that I'm annoying. So I stop before they do that.

This will happen the 11th time you talk to them in a row.

Will this some how decrease your friendship with the villager?

yeah i did that once. it would be funnier if the villagers would run away from you instead :3

I don't think so. I talk to my villagers until they start doing this as part of my TTing routine and talking to them so much just seems to make them become better friends with me.

I did that to Velma once...I felt that it was part of the reason why she was the last original to give me her pic (by a LONG shot). If it doesn't affect friendship, then I dunno...maybe she just secretly hated me.
