all ya' hafta do is save it, then adjust the size, in pixels, to your screen resolution, and, walah! you have a psychedelic wallpaper!

That's not that hard to do in Photoshop, actually. Try to work more with brushes, not filters.

Ah. Photoshop is actually a very expensive program (around $700, I think). You can download a trial that last for a limited amount of time, though.
