1,000,000 bells for the kart, and 1,000,000 bells for the link cap.

Donate 1 million bells to the town fund.
First you have to donate 200k to build the bridge.
Then donate an extra 500k after the bridge is built so you can build the fountain.
Then donate an extra 1 million after the fountain to get the lighthouse.
You have to do this in order.
