Kip and David- What programs did you use to make the signatures?

I use 3 programs (which isn't necessary) but the programs are: Paint.NET which is the best for making signatures out of these 3, Smoothdraw For smoothing up pictures and shading, & Paint Tool SAI which i use for drawing things.
