Im from Sweden but not the northen regions. There have been frost nigits the last weeks and im just ? poor student so My apartment is in an old house from the 50ths and its poorly keeping the cold out....

Cold here too. Live in the capital but this apartment is cold year-round since the heating sucks unless it's arctic temperature.
