If someone is moving in tomorrow, can I ask a camper to move in too?

I've been resetting on a day I know someone is moving in and I have a plot for Tex moving in tomorrow but Stitches is in the campsite! I don't really want Tex but I'm willing to take him on if it means I get Stitches too!

Will I still be able to ask Stitches to move in even though Tex is moving in tomorrow?
