So recently I've decided since I suck at sig making for the most part that I would start to practice to animate. Wow. Is it that easy....

And yea the font sucks... I'll fix that later.

Yep, it's super-easy... until you start do characters and other things.
EDIT: Is that 10 or 11 frames? =p
Gimp isn't the best for animation like that... that isn't really smooth at all

Download the GAP. Gimp Animation Program or something...
