Yep, It's packed in the disc so all I need to do is insert Sapphire into the GBA and plug it into the Gamecube and then click on the Jirachi Event.

I've already beaten the game, I only use rare candies after i've gotten everything, and in wi-fi they're automatically level 50 or 100.
