These days, I’m having trouble obtaining new DIY recipes that I haven’t learned yet. I know that I still have a good chunk to learn because I have and constantly update a checklist, but I always get ones I already know. For example, whenever one of my villagers is crafting, most of the time it’s a DIY I already know. Very rarely it’s one I don’t know. Same thing applies to message bottles. I feel like the game is making sure that I have a very hard time getting new DIYs. I REALLY want to craft the ironwood cupboard so I can put it in my kitchen, but I need an ironwood dresser to craft it. Since I don’t know the DIY recipe for the ironwood dresser, I can’t craft it. It makes me feel sad. Is the game really just making sure that I don’t learn any new recipes, or is it just REALLY bad RNG?
