Here's the run down about people giving criticism:

- Don't do it in an attacking or hateful manner
- Respect the person
- If the person specifically says they don't want it, don't give it. Otherwise, it will be considered as an attack against the member.
- Don't brag that you think you know more than them.

I saw a lot of these in the last incident.
