I randomly decided to make a compilation of programs and user scripts that have really made my computer more useful and enjoyable. I hope you guys can get as much use out of them as I do.

Browser User Scripts (Please Read)

What is a user script? "A user script is programming that modifies the appearance or behavior of an application" (techtarget.com). Are they safe? That depends on how trustworthy the source you are using is. It is possible for user scripts to contain malicious coding. You can download user scripts for Firefox using Greasemonkey and Tampermonkey if you use Google Chrome. I use Greasyfork for most of my scripts and I trust the most popular downloads as reliable user scripts, but download at your own discretion. Without further ado, here are some very useful user scripts:

This script adds a download button under the YouTube video that allows you to download the video to your computer in three different formats. Very useful if you're tired of copying and pasting into online or offline converters. I have used this script for awhile now and have had no problems.

Are you tired of that pesky autoplay button on the suggested video side that forces you to watch the next video on the list even though you turn it off? Well, this gets rid of that button completely! This script has been quite useful to me for my YouTube experience.

This user script adds a button next to the subscribe button that allows you to download the video in MP3 format. Videos of extreme lengths will not work for this. It's useful for downloading songs from videos, voice files from videos, etc. I haven't had any problems with this script.

This script allows you to see the dates of when you or someone you're following reblogged/posted something. It's useful for seeing you or someone's last activity as well as how old the posts are on your dashboard as you scroll down. I have had no problems with this script.

For those of you who have adblock (which if you don't I suggest you go download it right now) this blocks many sites anti adblockers that prevent you from using. I have noticed it doesn't work for certain sites. This one is very popular and I have found it trustworthy when using it.

Have you found a song on Soundcloud you enjoy, but no download link so you can save it on your computer? Well SoundTake adds a download button which allows you to download a SoundCloud song to your computer. Now I suggest you just use this for your own personal enjoyment. If the author doesn't want their song shared publicly elsewhere, you should probably respect that.

Computer Programs

While I do trust these downloads and they have been downloaded by thousands/millions of people, please download at your own discretion. I have anti-virus software for protection in case I get a bad download page. Yes, these are all free programs for you to use and are not illegal downloads.

Windows 8 users, do you miss your start button? Well, this adds it back! You don't need to switch to Windows 10 to get the start button back. Classic Shell adds it provides option to customize it as you please. I have had zero problems with this program and it has been extremely useful to me.

Trying to clear your history to hide your... er, clean your computer of unnecessary cookies and other files? CC Cleaner does a great job of removing recent files from browsers and applications that are just taking up space. I use this program all the time and have had no problems with it.

This program allows you to play and use Android apps on your very own computer! I have found this program useful because my phone is absolute crap and now I can just find and use apps on my computer.

This software is extremely useful for streaming a game or other activity such as drawing from your computer to sites such as Twitch. While join.me is nice for smaller streams with less activity, OBS can produce higher quality recording. This is the best free streaming software I have tested and used compared to many others out there.

Dude, that's an excellent compilation. I used alternate methods for the scripts you linked us above but this is all so much more convenient. I'll set this up when I'm not feeling lazy.

I've used my fair share of Bluestacks and OBC, and I use CCleaner regularly, it's still running in my background monitoring usage. The tumblr script would be some massive help.

Thanks for this man.

My friend sent me CCleaner and OMG it's amazing so I'll definitely try out the other stuff you listed! Thank you!
