ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Roscoe (シュバルツ, Schwartz?) is a cranky horse villager in the Animal Crossing series. His initial phrase, "nay", is the sound a horse makes, commonly spelled "neigh". The reason for it being spelled as "nay", which also means "no", may refer to his cranky personality. He first appears in Animal Forest e+, as an exclusive, and subquently in Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk. Roscoe also shares his name with the award winning jockey, Roscoe Goose.
Appearance

Roscoe
Roscoe is a black horse with a dark gray mane and his eyes are red with small black pupils. The inside of his ears are dark purple. When narrowing his eyes, his scleras turn yellow. He initially wears the checkered shirt, which matches his initial house theme. He resembles the villager Mathilda. He will sometimes use patterns, and wear them, made by the player in Able Sisters. He resembles a knight from chess.

Personality

As a cranky villager, Roscoe will appear more mature compared to other male personality types. This will make him come off as rude and belittling when talking to other villagers, including the player. Despite this, he will learn to confide in the player, considering them his only friend. He will enjoy the usual hobbies; not for competition, but for relaxing and peaceful reasons of calm and tranquility. He will find it difficult to socialize with peppy villagers, who he will appear rude behind their backs to. He will get along with snooty villagers, as well as other cranky villagers, who he will share deeper conversations with. He will, on occasion, annoy a normal villager, usually when being mean about something or someone. When he is sick, he will insult the illness.
House

In Animal Forest e+, Roscoe has the same house as Rolf the tiger's, only that he has changed the wallpaper and the flooring which is the Lattice Wall and the Checkered Tile. K.K. Dirge is played on a Gold Stereo with two Bowtoids.

In Animal Crossing: Wild World and Animal Crossing: City Folk, Roscoe's house has a modern theme, featuring many items from the modern series. Roscoe also has two chess pieces in his room - the white knight and black knight. Knights in chess are represented by horses, a reflection of his species. He also has a baby bear which, to some, seems out of character for a cranky villager. In Wild World, he has a plant, a petrol thing, a modern lamp and modern sofa, a white chess piece and a candle. If he has a stereo, it will play K.K. Dirge. In City Folk, he has a modern sofa.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf, Roscoe's house is furnished mostly with items from the Sleek series, along with a weeping fig plant, and a metal guitar with an amp.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Bones (トミ,, Tommy?) is a lazy dog villager in the Animal Crossing series. He has appeared in every game to date. His name probably originated from the fact that dogs famously love to chew bones. His catchphrase is from the noise dogs make. His picture quote is hinting towards his lazy personality, as lazy villagers often love to eat.
Appearance

Bones is a black and white dog with a single brown spot. His whole body is white with dark tips on his paws and ears. He has a black nose and a curly smile somewhat like a real dog. Bones initially wears the caveman tunic.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the lazy personality. For more information, click here.

As a lazy villager, Bones will be easy to get along with due to his laid back personality. Like all lazy villagers, he shares an interest in food and relaxing. He will enjoy partaking in the usual hobbies, usually for relaxation or for food (fishing). He will get along well with other villager types such as the normal and peppy villagers. He may offend or confuse jock villagers, who have a conflicting lifestyle of exercise and fitness, who do not understand the reason behind the lazy lifestyle.

House

Bones' house has a few items from the Kiddie Series, such as the Kiddie wall which matches his Green Floor. He also has one gyroid, a computer, a writing desk, and an office chair. Bones has no stereo in his house initially, but once he obtains a one, it will play K.K. Ragtime.

ANIMAL CROSSING WIKI

Lolly (ラムネ,, Ramune?) is a cat villager with a normal personality in the Animal Crossing series, first appearing in Animal Forest e+ as a new character and an exclusive. Her English name and initial phrase relate to sweets (such as the lollipop), which refer to her personality, which is sweet. Her catchphrase, "bonbon", is "candy" in French, while her original Japanese name, "Ramune", is most likely a reference to the Japanese carbonated soft drink of the same name. Her names involve food that is sweet. She appears on the album covers for Lucky K.K. and King K.K.

Appearance

Lolly is a gray tabby cat with a small head and no visible nose. She has three dark gray stripes on her forehead, two on each side of her face, two on each of her arms and legs, and four on her tail. Her ears are dark gray and the insides of them are pink. Her muzzle is white and oval-shaped with a mouth shaped like a sideways three, but more curved. She has white paws and her eyes look like the number six with the circular part filled in black. Her initial shirt is the Natty shirt.

Personality

Below is a brief description of the normal personality. For more information, click here.
Lolly, as a normal villager, will be very sensitive and kind. She will also be easily upset or offended by other villagers, particularly snooty or cranky villagers. She will enjoy the usual hobbies, which are fashion, bug catching, fishing, and furniture collecting. As with all other villagers, she will enjoy the player's company at her house where she may tell the player to "ignore the mess", a concern she shares with other normal villagers. She will get along well with other normal villagers and peppy as well as jock villagers, appearing mother-like in conversation. Lolly also enjoys reading, and is implied that she also enjoys cooking.

House

Lolly's house in Animal Forest e+ is the same as Sally's, only that her wallpaper is the Citrus Wallpaper and her flooring is the Citrus Carpet. In Animal Forest e+, three Lullaboids are in her house. It is also very fruit themed, with a Pear Wardrobe, a Pear Dresser, a Pineapple Bed, the whole Pine Set, a Plant and five shirts. No stereo is in her house, therefore, there is no music.

In Animal Crossing: City Folk, Lolly's house initially has a fruit theme towards it. She has two pear closets, an apple TV, a clock, a pineapple bed, and the whole Pine Set. Her flooring is the citrus carpet. Her wallpaper is the citrus wallpaper, from the same set as the citrus carpet. The music in Lolly's house is K.K. Parade.

In Animal Crossing: New Leaf the house has been redesigned with a casual kitchen theme, utilizing the Alpine Series, the Modern Wood Series (including the wall) and various other kitchen items (including the floor). The music in Lolly's house is K.K. Stroll.
