Basically wat instruments do u play/have played in the past. Maybe at school. Or what do u want to play.
I play the keyboard decently (been on and off with it for 5-6 yrs) and i can read music at a basic level but i want to pick up the guitar. I have an acoustic one at home and ive played around with it for a little bit but i think waiting for irl lessons to open up would be better. If i get good with it i wanna pick up an electric bass in the future.

I played the violin all through school - both in the school groups and a private group. I gave up private lessons in high school because I wanted to try other things, such as sports or plays. In college, I sang.

I have a tin whistle, but my cats aren't too fond of it, and I've thought about trying to find another violin and getting back to that.

i played the piano for 4 years when i was 8 until i was 12 but i hated it ssssso much. i only went because my dad forced me to, he plays the piano really well and wanted me to do it too but it just stressed me out

I used to play around with a piano before but never actually learned it, it was kinda fun though. I like to think I can sing decently. :)

I'm a vocal major, played the piano for 10 years, and learned clarinet, trumpet, violin and oboe for school. Don't ask me to play them anymore though

I play bass and guitar. I've played bass for 10ish years, guitar for not as long but still awhile.

i played saxophone in high school, i could still play a couple things but ye, i wish i hadn't basically dropped it the moment i had to, it's a nice instrument and i wasn't terrible at it

I know how to play the violin and the piano, but I barely play the latter nowadays.

I'm in the school orchestra, and we practice playing our music every school day. I don't really practice it outside of class, but I do like playing the violin.

An instrument that I'd like to learn is the guitar. Being able to play a few rock riffs on it would be pretty swell.

i used to play clarinet in middle school!! i love it lol but i havent played it hardly at all since
i have a keyboard and im trying to teach myself but im busy and also have no motivation

I'm mostly a Guitar player myself. I use some Fender acoustic guitar my mom found at a trade shop (not even sure if its real or not, lol, because I can't find it on the internet), and a Squire Stratocaster with A Peavey Vyper Amp. I started playing about 2 years ago.
I also somewhat play piano, but it's mostly knowledge applied from playing guitar. I took guitar lessons for about a year, a couple months after I taught myself some stuff. Unless you're really disciplined and can make yourself study theory and whatnot, I HIGHLY recommend lessons.
I wouldn't be anywhere without them, honestly. BUT, I do recommend teaching yourself a little before you go. Stuff like basic chords and maybe a couple simple tunes, like Wonderwall by Oasis, Good Riddance (Time of Your Life) by Green Day, or anything else you think wouldn't be to hard. It's useful to the teacher, as they can make lessons a bit more interesting when you start off.
If we're talking instruments we'd like to play, I originally wanted to be a bass player, actually. But, I eventually wanted to be able to write songs, which seemed easier to me on guitar, and also I got really into John Frusciante, and then that led me to really like other guitar players, so I ended up wanting to be able to play stuff like that. But, I would still one day like to pick a bass up. Also, since I know guitar now, I won't really have to learn theory or anything, just techniques and playing styles.
I've recently thought it would be cool to play drums, as they just seem so cathartic, like you can get all your emotions out in a super cool way.
Anyways, good luck with guitar!

Instruments that I play:

Piano - A few years ago, I started taking lessons for piano. I was decent at it and got up to around level 2 before I stopped. I still play piano every now and then but it's just those times where you want to play on it freely and trying to recreate songs.

Guitar - It didn't last long when I took lessons for it. After a couple of months of learning, I stopped as well and my guitar has been gathering dust since.

Instruments I want to play:

Violin/strings - There's just something about that instrument that can be fitting in any situation or mood. I heard a few remixes from Smash Bros. Ultimate that has violins in it and man, it really went well with the soundtrack! Gave me goosebumps as well.

I used to play the piano a bit when I was in elementary school, but stopped. Nowadays though I really want to learn how to play the saxophone sometime. :)

Piano yearsss back, I wasn't good enough to memorize songs though.
I wish I could play the cello or electric guitar.

I used to play trumpet in middle school, and piano before that. It's been a very long time since I've played anything. Not because I don't want to, but because I live in an apartment, and decent instruments are kinda pricey.

I want to pick up acoustic guitar and violin, and start piano again. And I once dated a guy who played metal guitar and have been interested since.

I took piano lessons from 2nd-7th grade, then stopped taking lessons and have been playing on my own off and on ever since. I don't know how to play anything else.

I used to play Bass/regular Clarinet and Tenor/Bari sax in jazz band in high school. I've been thinking about getting a new clarinet but latelt I've been seriously considering getting an Oboe instead.
