Here's a guide on cost of items that can be found on this forum:
Sanrio Set - cheapest at 20 TBT
Sanrio furniture - 3 TBT
Regular RV furniture - 2 TBT
Orderable furniture - free or 1 TBT (If I have them cataloged, I can just order them).
Unorderable furniture - 2 to 3 TBT

FYI, I usually just charge for the cost of ordering the furnitures from other people
- You can earn TBT Bells by posting on this forum, longer posts generate more TBT than shorter posts.

I see that you have all the sets. As such should I design a room that is different from those? That way you can use those sets for different rooms. I will design your room based on the Sweet Series by Gracie and RV furnitures, is that ok? I can start designing whenever

When you meant Feng Shui room, do you mean the main room where Feng Shui is important? So you want to design a fairy tale-themed Feng Shui main room and a room based largely with rococo furnitures (let me know which room in the house)?

As such, you want to somehow combine all of the sets into one room? I can make it work if that's what you want

I don’t mind using the items I have! I actually got them because I wanted to use them for that room! Especially the Cinnamoroll set

I came up with a design that incorporated all the Cinnamoroll furnitures you have. I was able to accommodate most of the Sanrio-themed furnitures you have except My Melody and Hello Kitty (I couldn't visualize it).
