Hello TBT! Are you looking for a more exciting way to obtain NMTs? The Peanut Butter Fish and lovenote are coming together to introduce LOOT BOXES!! If you are unfamiliar to what a lootbox is, it is essentially a random assortment of items you obtain by opening it. Our loot boxes ALWAYS GUARANTEE 1 NMT. Our loot boxes are a fun and unique way to purchase NMT and get A FREE GIFT along with it. Within each spoiler contains information on how we plan to assemble and distribute these lootboxes (spoilers for each category):

Currently, we offer two types of lootboxes you can purchase. REGULAR lootboxes offer 1 NMT and 1 random free bonus item. PREMIUM lootboxes offers 1NMT and 2 items. When your lootbox has been ordered, we randomly pull the item(s) that go into the lootbox (randomization is explained in another spoiler) and print your NMT. We then wrap these items and your NMT in wrapping paper and deliver them to your town! (It may be possible for us to edit and expand our lootbox options later, so stay tuned to be mindful of any changes!)

How are items chosen for lootboxes?
Lootboxes include materials (stacks are possible in any lootbox), live plants, songs, furniture, clothing, DIY recipes fruit, fencing, pretty much anything that you can pocket! We have arranged every item by tiers and then numbered each item per tier. The higher the tier/number within a tier, the more popular or in demand the item will be. Of course numbers and tiers will change constantly so it best aligns with current trends on TBT. There are 5 tiers (ordered highest to lowest): S, A, B, C, and D.

We have a computer randomly select a tier. Then based on how many number of items are in that tier, we randomly select a number (*if the number chosen is a material that can be stacked, we select another number between 1 and however many much of that material we both have in our inventories) and whatever the number corresponds with for the tier, that is the item that you will receive! For example, let's say someone orders a loot box. The letter tier that was randomly selected was B and the number selected was 28, the item you would receive with your NMT would be a hanging terrarium DIY recipe (the same process would be repeated if you purchase a premium loot box so you have two items)!

Tier likelihoods for regular and premium loot boxes
REGULAR: S tier=5% A tier= 5% B tier= 20% C tier= 35% D tier= 35%
PREMIUM: S tier=10% A tier= 30% B tier= 30% C tier= 20% D= 10%

Examples of tier items:
S: Gold nuggets, large star fragments, astrology furniture etc.
A: Popular hybrids, Gulliver items, expensive Nook's Cranny items etc.
B: Hybrids, some DIYs, seasonal items, star fragments etc.
C: Common materials, common DIYs, songs, Saharah items, fossils etc.
D: Shells, certain clothing, bushes, weeds etc.

WHAT THE HECK IS TBT: A short guide for those unfamiliar with TBT currency

The Bell Tree Forums has a currency called bells. You've most likely seen the number of bells someone has when you look underneath their avatar picture on a post they've made or maybe on their profile. Many people refer to this currency as TBT.

Spoiler: How do I give someone TBT?

To give someone TBT, locate the number of bells they have on either a post they've made or on their profile. Click on the number and make sure you are under the tab that says "Donate". Make sure you've correctly typed the username of the person you would like to give TBT to in the username field. Then, type in how many bells you would like to give them (make sure you have an appropriate amount of bells to give the person, you can check how many bells you have by visiting your own profile). Once you've confirmed all the information you've typed is correct, click donate at the bottom, the person will receive the bells.

Spoiler: How do I earn TBT?

You can earn TBT by simply posting on the forums, making new threads, and trading with other people.

Spoiler: What can I do with TBT?

You can do many things with TBT. You can buy collectibles (the tiny pictures you see underneath people's profiles) in the shop here on The Bell Tree Forums. You can trade in TBT for in-game items. You can even trade TBT for other things on external games other than animal crossing.

Woah!! I didn't expect there to be such an explosion of orders 0_0! I'm working through orders as fast as I can, as The Peanut Butter Fish is busy for a moment. However when he returns he will update the order/waitlist. We are going to have to have to ask some of you to wait until tomorrow afternoon or whenever some of y'all would be available to trade next. I thought I'd leave a little review since I just received and opened my loot boxes.

I absolutely loved this. The items that I got were definitely worth it. I even managed to get some things for my collection! I am not sure if I just got super lucky, but I didn't receive any 'junk' (like a single clam or rock etc). I'm definitely going to be putting in a second order !
