Is Eunice based on a ball of lint?

I was looking into Eunice because I plan on finding her for my island and wanted to find out details about her to decorate her yard ect.
I noticed ACNH is the first time her house is a laundry mat. Now I can't help but think they attached a new "inspiration?" to her. With her navy fluffy wool and new house style and her sweater and fashion hobby, enjoying doing laundry, I can't help but think she is based off of a ball of lint from a dryer now. Lol. But nothing is mentioned about lint. What do you think?
