I have 2 Amiibo cards with different copyrights on the back is it fake or different language? Gayle is the different one, the rest except 1 just has Nintendo copyright on it.

Not an expert but probably one of the cards is from a more recently printed pack, which is why sometimes copyright information is different on packs of cards.

I'd say if the material feels the same, and they have the same print quality, they're probably both real.

You mean the card with a bunch of other symbols, right? I'm guessing you're not European but the Gayle card is. Those symbols are related to various European guidelines and norms and are really common in electronics sold over here.

Will they still work on North America Game/system?

Yep! Amiibo are not region-locked - people in NA could use the Sanrio cards for New Leaf despite never seeing a North American release until this year, and I’ve had and used figures that were Japanese releases without issue.

The only difference is the way the cards look, the NA ones have two names in other languages instead of four, have the birthday numbers switched, a different font and a different back.
