Is My Sister Going To Get Walker?

I had to send Walker to the void because the person who reserved him did not TT the person in his town fast enough. If I visit my sister, or if she visits me, does this mean she'll get Walker?

Also, let me just say this:

My sister has 9 villagers. She never had 10.

If you two connected before Walker was sent to the void, I'm pretty sure your sister would get her. Not sure what happens when you two connect for the first time after Walker leaves, so... yep.

I don't think she'd get walker. You get streetpass/wifi villagers when a villager is currently in boxes
