Is the forced out by amiibo villager trade glitch fixed?

Someone is selling me a villager but they are being forced out via amiibo, and I want to make sure that the glitch is actually fixed? Thanks!

Yes, it has been fixed, though there is a house exterior glitch that still exists. It seems to be triggered by Time-Traveling backwards during the moving process.
